Loved Our Guide
We booked a private 2-day highlights tour of St Petersburg with SPB Travel. We were on a cruise ship but did not want to go on a bus with 20-30 other folks, so this was a perfect solution. It was just the two of us with our guide and driver in a very nice car. I would tell those cruising not to worry a bit about booking an independent tour - they know what they are doing. We loved the flexibility of being able to go where and when we wanted, with the recommendation of the guide, of course.Our guide was Maria, who was very personable and knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour - we went to Peterhof, Catherine's Castle, the Hermitage, and many other sights. Highly recommend.

I recently booked a private tour with this company, and I can honestly says it was one of the best experiences I had during my trip in Russia. Communication before booking the tour was always very easy, and our 3h tour couldn't have been any better.Our guide was Galina, and she was extremely knowledgeable on the history of the palace and all all the art it holds in its collection. She showed us all the main highlights and our visit to the Hermitage wouldn't have been the same if we did it on our own.
If you're visiting St. Petersburg, the Hermitage is a must. If you want a private visit with very accessible prices, good customer service and excellent guides with perfect English, you can trust this company. I would recommend it to anyone
